The exam conducting institution of JEE Main 2019 will release the JEE Main Answer Key 2019. This Answer Key carries the answers to all the questions that will come in the examination. Answer Key will be issued by National Testing Agency (NTA) after the examination is over. The exam will be held on the 1st week of April 2019. The Answer Key is issued before the results are declared. The Answer Key helps the students to analyze their marks before the result is out. The students can cross check their answers with the one given in the Answer Key. The question paper will consist of Objective type questions where 4 marks are added to every right answer and 1 mark is deducted for every wrong answer. The total marks are 360. After the official Result is declared the JEE Main Cutoff 2019 will be decided on the average of the marks obtained by the students in total. If you qualify the examination and your score reaches the Cutoff, then you are eligible for the admission process. JEE Main Important Highlights

  1. The examination will consist of two papers. Paper 1 for B.E. and B.Tech. And Paper 2 is for B.Arch and Planning Programmes.
  2. The question paper will have Multiple Choice Questions where you have to choose one correct answer out of 4 different options. The total numbers of questions are 90 with total marks 360. Each incorrect answer will deduct 1 mark and every correct answer will add 4 marks.
  3. After the examination, the JEE Main Answer Key 2019 will be released. The Answer Key will be published online. You can match your answers with that given on the Answer Key to analyze the marks. If you find there is a mistake in the answer key then immediately inform the concerned authority about it.
  4. The Result for the examination will be declared online. You will get the Result by entering the Roll Number and Date of Birth on the official website. The Result will also carry the Rank Card which has the All India Rank of the students in it.
  5. The Cutoff will be decided on the basis of the marks obtained by all the students. The Cutoff helps to choose the most deserving student out of all the candidates.
  6. If your mark meets the declared Cutoff score then you are qualified to give JEE Advanced 2019.
  7. The qualifying student will be called for the Counseling Session.  The Counseling Process will further have a Group Discussion and a Personal Interview. If you get through this session then you will be allocated to different engineering colleges on the basis of your marks.
  8. Every individual gets to attempt the examination 3 times. There is no 4th attempt in this examination. You have to qualify both JEE Main 2019 and JEE Advanced 2019 to get qualified in JEE 2019.
